REQUIREMENTS FOR MANUFACTURE OF POWDERS 
( Like Face-powder, cake make-up, compacts, face packs, masks and rouges etc.) 
  • Powder mixer provided with a dust collector.
  • Perfume and colour blender.
  • Sifter with sieves of suitable mesh size.
  • Ball mill of suitable grinder.
  • Trays and scoops (stainless steel).
  • Filling and sealing equipments provided with dust extractor.
  • For compacts :--
    • A separate mixer,
    • Compact pressing machine.
  • Weighing and measuring device

AUTOMATIC POWDER FILLING MACHINE

  • maximum output : 30-100 bottles/min
Testing of the POWDER (Q.C)
  •  Fineness
  •  Slide Control & Lighting : Compare with std when spread on a white paper background      OR
  • Compare Sample with Std by Skin tone
  • Dispersion of Color:
    • Checked by spreading it on white paper &    examining it with magnifying glass.
  • Pressure testing (Penetrometer)
