FEATURES OF SFR-901

Ø  The Safrroys SFR-901 model is a Computerized Fully automatic capsule machine.

Ø  Capsule manufacturing is a dip-molding process.

Ø  The machines we manufacture are capable of producing different standard size Capsules ranging form sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3 & 4.

Ø  The mechanical efficiency allows the Model SFR-901capsule machine, to
            manufacture over 30 bars per minute or over 900 Capsules per minute.

Ø  Dipping of cap & body is separately controlled to get better capsule profile.

Ø  Dipping time, dwelling time, withdrawal etc.can be modified to suit demand.
