ADU-100 AIR DISPLACEMENT UNIT


Ø  The ADU-100 is a dust extraction unit.
Ø  It is used for collecting loose powder from them polishing chamber of the DP-100.
Ø  It is also used for cleaning operations on automatic capsule filling machines.
Ø  The unit removes loose powder, caps, bodies, and capsules lying around the machine.
Ø  It can also be coupled with tableting machines for dust collection.








METAL DETECTION SYSTEM:

  •      The Metal Detection system works on the Eddy Current Principle using a Focused electromagnetic field.

  •     It uses Dual Channel Phase Sensitive Detection for optimum detection of all metals (ferrous and non-ferrous / non-magnetic stainless steel).
  •        It detects very minute particles of stainless steel and metal flakes inadvertently present in formulations.




DP- 100 DE – DUSTING AND POLISHING MACHINE:
Ø  The DP-100 is an advanced de-dusting and polishing machine.
Ø  It combines cGMP design and the most efficient method of polishing with engineering features that make it easier to clean and maintain.
Ø  The availability of a number of options add flexibility that is unequalled by any other polishing unit.
This flexibility results in a higher degree of operating efficiency and cleanliness.
  •      The DP-100 can be introduced into an existing production line or can be used by itself with a visual inspection unit.

MCS 100 MINI CAPSULE SORTER:
 Ø  The Mini Capsule Sorter is specially designed for automatic sorting of loose caps, loose powder and diametrically defective filled capsules.
Ø  It can directly be coupled with any automatic capsule-filling machine.

Introduction: Chemically they are reducing agents. They oxidize themselves and prevent oxidation of API. A substance that inhibits oxidation is called antioxidants.
